リーンシックスシグマ（Lean Six Sigma）とは
シックスシグマ（Six Sigma）は、米モトローラ社が提唱した統計的品質改善手法で、組織改革のための
フレームワークとして世界中で使われています。
リーンシックスシグマは、トヨタ生産方式を源流とするリーン（ムダ取り）を組合わせたもので、シックスシグマが「欠陥の最小化」に焦点をあてるのに対し、「ムダの最小化」に焦点をあて、企業価値を生まないムダを発見して改善を進めます。
GE（ゼネラル・エレクトリック）のリーンシックスシグマは、
